Trunk or Treating with COA

The enthusiastic staff at CADENCE of Acadiana, Inc. recently had the chance to volunteer their time and energy at a Hub City Ford sponsored event, demonstrating commitment to community service. This event revolved around Halloween, with their annual Trunk or Treat Open Show, hosted by Ford & Mustang Club of Acadiana.

The event displayed Halloween in a different form. From babies to adults, the costumes were a site to see. The attendees were able to get some candies, see nice antique vehicles, enjoy games, and a petting zoo. There was also a costume contest for kids as well as for adults. These events are a great way for the community to come out and enjoy a good time with their families.

The COA staff, who volunteered at the event, shared in this enjoyment. Their participation wasn't limited to just passing out candy. They were able to interact with the kids, look at the antique vehicles and engage with the other volunteers and participants. This was an enjoyable event for the staff to see the smiles on the kids’ faces when they came to trick or treat.
